SCMCHA condemns the closure of its account on the “Facebook” platform

SCMCHA condemned the closure and deletion of its account on the “Facebook” platform.

SCMCHA viewed the Facebook management’s closure and deletion of its account as an arbitrary measure that exposes the falsity of the Facebook management’s claims of freedom of opinion and expression at a time when it targets all official and national Yemeni voices opposing the American-Zionist project in the region.

SCMCHA stated that the closure aims to conceal the truth from international public opinion about the crimes and siege that the Yemeni people have been subjected to by the aggression coalition for nine years, resulting in the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, in addition to the restrictions imposed on content related to Yemen’s position in support of Palestine, as well as to silence voices and free humanitarian platforms.

SCMCHA confirmed that this arbitrary measure is part of the war imposed on content related to Yemen’s position in support of Palestine, emphasizing that these violations force everyone to seriously look into finding an alternative and continuing to fight these policies through electronic means.
