Al-Hamli reviews the needs of the orphanage in Amanat Al-Asimah

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Managament and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Ibrahim Al-Hamli, reviewed the conditions of the orphanage in Amanat Al-Asimah and its operational and rehabilitation needs.

Al-Hamli, along with the Director of SCMCHA Branch of the Secretariat, Abdullah Al-Naami, heard from the Director of orphanage, Ahmed Al-Khazan, an explanation about the needs of restoration and rehabilitation projects, equipment for the departments and buildings, and providing the requirements for the rehabilitation and care of the Aorphanage’s students.

During the visit, the Secretary General of SCMCHA explained that the visit is part of SCMCH’s activities in assessing the conditions and needs of the orphanage and opening an automated bakery for it.

He pointed out that the health center at the orphanage had previously been rehabilitated and provided with a solar energy system, and the necessary supplies and equipment.

Al-Hamli pointed out that SCMCHA is working to support the orphanage care home so that can provide the necessary care for orphans and pay attention to their education, health, food and housing, which comes as part of SCMCHA’s interest.
He called on all institutions and concerned parties to pay attention to this segment and provide support to them in light of the human suffering that the people are experiencing due to the repercussions of the aggression and siege.

The visit was accompanied by the general directors of SCMCHA, Monitoring and Evaluation, Mohammed Al-Razza, international organizations, Turki Jamil, and local organizations, Abdul Salam Al-Nawab.
