The Secretary General of the Council meets with the Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics.

The Secretary General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, AbdulMohsen Tawoos, met  on Wednesday in Sana’a, the head of the Central Bureau of Statistics, Ahmed Ishaq.

The meeting, which was attended by the head of the Department of International Cooperation, Manaal Al-Asal, discussed the general framework for coordinating work in the humanitarian and development fields to contribute  the advancement of development projects.

Tawoos stressed the importance of continuous coordination between the Supreme Council and the Central Bureau of Statistics to overcome any difficulties that may occur in the field  to enhance the positive role of the agency’s work.

For his part, Ishaq appreciated  the council’s efforts in the field of coordination, facilitation and cooperation in order to achieve common humanitarian and development goals that meet  citizens’ need .
