The Council’s branch in Hodeidah discusses the interventions of the Adra organization in the province.
The deputy director of the Branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation in Hodeidah, Abdullah Mahmoud al-Ahdal, discussed with Adra’s Director of Programs in Yemen, Don McBenoa, the organization’s interventions in the province.
In the meeting, al-Ahdal pointed out that the next phase will require redoubling efforts, developing the performance of humanitarian programmes and expanding the organization’s target geographical scope, thereby enhancing the organization’s humanitarian work. He praised the quality of recent projects carried out by the organization.
He stressed that the council branch in the province will make every effort to overcome the difficulties that faced the organizations in their humanitarian work in the province. He Called on the organization to raise the level of its humanitarian activity.
The Director of the Branch of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs reiterate call on the Council’s branch in Hodeidah for humanitarian organizations to provide the necessary support to equip the rural hospital with surgical equipment and equipment to enable it to receive cases of dengue fever.
The director of adra’s programs in Yemen also praised the Supreme Council’s branch for provision of the necessary facilities for the success of the humanitarian work carried out by the organization in the province. He indicated that the organization has carried out a series of humanitarian projects.
