Tawoos and Muglas inspecte quarantine places in Heafn.
The Governor of Taiz, Salim al-Mughlis, and the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, inspected. today a number of quarantine sites in The Hefan district .
Al-Muglas, Tawoos, and the provincial security director, Brigadier Amin Hamidan, were briefed on the quarantine procedures for families at the Al-Arwag association and quarantine of Men at Abdulaziz AbdulGhani School.
The governor assured everyone that quarantine measures are precautionary aspect for 14 days to maintain public health through medical check-ups to ensure the safety of arrivals.
He noted the initiative of the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs in visiting the province and his great interest in the course of humanitarian work in the difficult circumstances that Yemen is going through. He pointed out that the processing of quarantine centers in the province came with self-efforts that need more resources and supplies.
The Secretary-General of SCMCHA praised the solidarity of Hefan people and Taiz in general in the face of various challenges.
He ddirected the establishment of five new quarantine centers for expatriates to the province and areas under the control of the forces of invasion and occupation. He called on international and humanitarian organizations to take responsibility for supporting government efforts to tackle the COVID-19.
They were accompanied during the visit by the Director of the Hefan District, representatives of the Emergency Committee and a number of social figures.
