Tawoos reviews the projects of the Republican Hospital Authority in the capital Secretariat.

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, was briefed on the projects of the Republican Hospital in the capital secretariat.

Tawoos briefed on , along with Dr. Obaid al-Ademi, Vice President of the Authority of UNBS Coordinator Ali Ibrahim, the new equipment and projects of rehabilitating the burn and cosmetic center, increasing the number of operating theatres, sanding rooms, intensive care beds and installing a central oxygen network.

They inspected the final equipment of the maternity, child centre and the new emergency building, as well as the progress of the projects under construction at the hospital, which will be opened soon.

During the visit, the Secretary General of the Council praised the efforts of the leadership of the Republican Hospital Authority in developing and modernizing the hospital as well as expanding the services provided to citizens and its efforts.

Tawoos confirmed the keenness of council to provide the necessary support in coordination with UNBS to finance the implementation of development projects at the Republican Hospital Authority to upgrade the level of health and medical services.

“What we have seen in a short period of time at Al-Republicani Hospital calls for standing by the Authority and supporting projects to develop and expand hospital centers and improve services,” Tawoos said.

The visit was accompanied by the Director General of Clinical Affairs at the hospital, Dr. Naji Al-Habeesh.
