Discussion of INTERSOS intervention in the health side.

The head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Mana’a Al-Asal, met today with the head of the Mission of the Italian organization INTERSOS, Evelyn Lernot.

During the meeting, the organization’s implementing projects and mechanism of work were discussed as well as the impact of the project in the ground where the project shall be in accordance with the needs.

Al-Asal confirmed the importance of abiding the regulations and laws in the implementation of projects in order to achieve quality in the provision of services that reach the beneficiaries, indicating that the work shall be in accordance to corrected mechanism without allowing any irregularities or violations that may occur as well as the importance of coordinating with the Supreme Council.

Evelyn Lernot expressed the organization’s keenness to adhere to the quality standard in intervention to contribute of developing the humanitarian work and to resolve all problems.
