Tawoos briefs on the progress of the work of organization of Al Thawra Hospital in Hodeidah.
The Secretary General of SCMCHA Abdul Mohsen Tawoos was briefed today on the progress of work and medical services at Al Thawra Hospital in Hodeidah governorate.
During his visit to the hospital departments, Tawoos listened to Dr. Khalid Ahmed Suhail’s explanation about the new centers and departments that have been opened ,the modern devices that have been provided , the challenges facing the work of the hospital and its most prominent needs.
Dr. Suhail explained that the hospital is facing a lot of pressure from medical seekers in the light of its constant need for electricity.
He affirmed the keenness of the leadership of the hospital to improve the quality of the service as well as work to raise the level of performance and efficiency of the medical staff of the hospital.
Tawoos appreciated the steadfastness of the leadership of al-Thawra Hospital , its medical and health staff as well as their efforts to provide services to patients in light of ongoing aggression, siege and escalation.
He also confirmed that SCMCHA will do the best in providing the necessary resources to the Authority, enabling it to continue to provide its medical and health services to citizens.
The Secretary General of the Council of Humanitarian Affairs called on international and humanitarian organizations working in the health sector to support the health sector’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of patients and provide medical services to citizens in the province and neighbouring provinces.
They were accompanied during the visit by the director of the Branch of the Supreme Council Jaber al-Razhi and his deputy Abdullah Mahmoud al-Ahdal
