NAMCHA Director met with the United Nations Chief Security Counselors.

 The head of the National Authority for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Response, Abdulmohsen Tawoos, met today with ,Johannes Jakuis, the United Nations Chief of Security Councillors.

 The meeting, which was attended by Deputy Coordinator of the National Coordinating Sector Faisal Modhesh and Director General of the Authority’s Branch in Hodeida Governorate, Jaber Al-Razhi, reviewed the problems and challenges facing humanitarian work in the governorate.

 The Chairman of the National Authority stressed the necessity of continuous coordination with NAMCHA to overcome the difficulties that arise in the field.

 He also stressed the readiness to provide humanitarian facilities to organizations working in the humanitarian side to enable them to do their humanitarian duties and relief tasks. Johannes also appreciated the cooperation and facilities provided by the National Authority to accelerate and develop work in various sides to alleviate suffering under the humanitarian situation.
