Any organization in the field must have targets, and should has a mechanism to achieve result . if it does not do that , the existence and inexistence has the same result.
We went to the Authority’s building in Faj Attan, and we met with the specialist in the management of organizations Nawal Al-Kibsi, who said that the number of organizations working in the relief field is more than 49 international organizations, which is not an accurate statistical as she confirmed because there are also regional and local organizations.
The final statistic has not been prepared yet , so we asked her to prepare it and give us a copy of it. She refused to give us only through the department of media and coordination of organization management . A week passed and competent organizations procrastinate to respond, while we got statistics on the number of displaced and some questions from Hana al-Wajih, who said: The role of oversight in the follow-up process of awareness-raising in the case of activities related to moral support, and in the quality of materials provided if they do not meet the need or have other objectives contrary to the need of humanity, after studying the projects then agreements would be signed .
For organizations activity during the implementation of activity the organization raises reports for clarification of the details of the moves operations, which in turn is studying the details of the activities from a security hand in coordination with the relevant authorities, then license are granted on this basis.

Some accuse the Authority of manipulating the disbursement of aid, and complain about the lack of access to some lanes of the Sana’a , while some lanes have an abundance of food baskets.
Who accuses the Authority National ,we respond on brief that assistance started with
internal arrangements for the organization, and then the donor organization, or the donors select a partner whose oversight, evaluation and supervision role in humanitarian , sharf Al Deen said.
If there is an accusation of manipulation, it will be a general accusation, and not only directed at the National Authority , but it should be directed to the donor, the executor, and the sergeant who directs in the follow-up process in the field.
This always is the mouthpiece of the aggression. We are at the end of the fourth year of aggression.
