Discussion the contributing of achievement to emergency response plan mechanism in Hajjih .

Ameeting in Hajjih governorate discussed today the activities of organizations working in the province during the first quarter of current year and the mechanism of contributing to emergency response plan for the next phase.

The meeting, which included the Branch director of SCMCHA in The Province, Allan Fda’ul, The head of the Red Crescent Society, Dr. Abdul Karim Nassar, and representatives of the organizations, addressed the magnitude of the emergency response during the past period and the needs of the camps for IDPs .

The meeting reviewed the manual of coordinating procedures and the current state of performance for the implementation of projects and the difficulties facing humanitarian work.
The meeting confirmed the importance of submitting contingency plans by partners to the council branch to be discussed with the specialists of the organizations.

The meeting confirmed that partners shall submit copies of performance reports for 2018-2020.

At the meeting, Fda’ul indicated the importance of discussing the services, problems, gaps and appropriate solution that have been providing during the past period.

He noted the efforts of humanitarian partners in alleviating the suffering of citizens.
He also Pointed out that the need in the province is greater than what is provided.
