A meeting discusses the needs of Al-Thawra General Hospital in Sana’a
The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos, discussed today with the head of the Authority of Al Thawra General Hospital in Sana’a, Dr. Abdul Malik Jahaf, the needs of the hospital especially with regard to infrastructure.
Tawoos heard from the head of the Al-Thawra Hospital Authority a number of needs and projects that the authority needs, which are the rehabilitation and restoration of some specialized centers and departments in addition to the expansion of the dialysis center.
In the meeting, Tawoos stressed that SCMCHA puts Al-Thawra Hospital Authority among the priorities of support in the humanitarian response for the next year, indicating the importance of implementing urgent interventions in the restoration work and rehabilitation of the hospital’s infrastructure.
He pointed out that SCMCHA is working in coordination with organizations working in the health field to implement projects by restoring some specialized centers and providing the authority with the necessary medical devices and equipment to achieve the improvement of the medical services provided.
