Discussing the completion of faltering road projects in Haidan district of Saada governorate
A meeting hold today by Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Ibrahim Al-Hamli, and the Minister of Public Works and Roads Ghaleb Mutlaq to discussed the difficulties faced in implementing road projects in the Haydan district of Saada governorate, which links the district center with the rest of the isolation and neighboring areas.
The meeting, in the presence of the Assistant Secretary-General of SCMCHA, Muhammad Faris, and the head of the local authority department at the Presidency of the Republic, Qassem Al-Houthi, touched on aspects of coordination to complete the implementation of faltering projects in the district, especially the project of Isolation Du’ayb, which has been faltering for years.
Al-Hamli confirmed the importance of implementing road projects in the district because it’s importance of strengthening the infrastructure, contributing to the provision of services to citizens, and facilitating the access of humanitarian aid.
He indicated SCMCHA readiness to cooperate with the Ministry of Works and work to overcome difficulties and implement faltering projects to contribute to alleviating the suffering of citizens.
In turn, the Minister of Works affirmed the ministry’s keenness to implement faltering projects and provide all facilities for their implementation, including the Du’aib isolation road project.
