Distributing 100 tillers to 100 farmers in Sana’a governorate.
Since eight years ago,The aggression and siege had a catastrophic impact on the agricultural sector, which led to heavy losses in infrastructure, facilities, plant production, livestock, equipment, means of transportation, production requirements and citizens’ lands.
Therefore, SCMCHA with the support of ICRC worked to help Yemeni rural families of landowners in Sana’a governorate by handing 100 hand tillers (freezes) to 100 farmers in Sana’a governorate, helping them provide an opportunity to earn an income for their families, in light of the worst humanitarian suffering in world caused by aggression and siege,
As part of the work to alleviate human suffering and improving the productivity level of the farmers’ beneficiaries and improving their income level, SCMCHA branch in Sana’a Governorate and ICRC handed 100 hand tillers (freezers) to 100 beneficiary farmers in the districts of Manakhah, Sa’afan, Al-Hima Al-Dakhiliyah and Al-Hayma Al-Khairiya in the governorate.
The project targets 400 beneficiary farmers in Sana’a governorates and Hajjah, 100 tillers were distributed to Sana’a governorate and 300 tillers to Hajjah governorate.
